Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a prepaid UPS shipping label via email.
Package Your Item
Place your Bearaby product in its original packaging or a sturdy box and securely attach the prepaid return label.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
